Citi Card Not Connecting
I've been trying for a few days now to link my Citi credit card to YNAB. I get an error message saying "Please try connecting a different account. There was a problem processing your request. Your account could not be connected at this time." Is it a problem with Citi or YNAB? Thanks!
Hey Turquoise Gazelle ! We haven't heard back officially yet, but YNABers are reporting that connection issues due the increased bank traffic for the stimulus checks are clearing up. Give it another try! 🤞

I have two Citi cards. The Costco card and the Double Cash. Both have been working for me without issue. You might try logging on directly to their websites and make sure they're still working. Occasionally, the websites will be asking for extra information that you need to answer before they start working again. If that's good, you might try removing the connections from the Manage Connections option and re-adding them back the next day. I had to do this for my Chase Amazon card last week for some unknown reason.
