Ally vs 360 Syncing?

New to YNAB. I can't seem to add my Capital One 360 accounts, but I think that's a known issue. 

 

Are Ally accounts any better? I might switch to Ally, of they sync with YNAB

      I should add that I only use their savings account. I use USAA for checking.

    Ally (savings) syncs great with YNAB, but I'm not so sure how great their checking account options are compared to 360.  And I'm loath to clutter the forum or even Support with direct import complaints, but I can't add my Cap One 360 accounts either.  When I had to do the access code thing I was fine with that, but it hasn't even recognized it as a supported account for about a year.   I don't use the accounts for much so I just manually enter, which is always a recommended practice anyway.

  • Quick update on this topic: Ally syncing is currently broken for me. The message in the YNAB app claims that it's a problem on Ally's side. I've reached out to Ally's customer support, but I haven't heard back.

      Interesting, Superbone . I've also never had problems with Ally syncing before this, so I'm a bit surprised. Thanks for the reply – it's good to know that it's not affecting everyone. I've reached out to Ally to investigate, and they said everything is fine on their end, and suggested I reach out to Plaid. I've sent Plaid a message, but haven't heard back.

      Update: Plaid got back to me. They're having an issue with Ally syncing right now, so this may be affecting more users than just me. They don't know when there will be a resolution.
