Bank Import is Broken!

Where do I even start?

When security features were increased over the last year I just accepted the fact that I would have to receive a text every day when I want to import my transactions.

Now since merging with Plaid it's gotten even worse. It requires me to type out my username and password each time and then forces me to verify with a text code twice. After that successfully imports the transactions it then within 5 minutes will disconnect and I will have to repeat the process all over again.

These issues have been going on for too long.

We need a solution!
