Imports broken since Plaid transition months ago

I'm curious if I'm the only one who has to completely reconnect to Bank of America for each and every account, every day.  I'm used to putting in a new code each day, that was fine... but with Plaid, I get the entire new user workflow, welcome plaid, here's our T&Cs, please connect to bank, thanks, here's your code, great, it all worked.. now do it again for the next account with the same bank... 4 times.

Ameriprise, is a different experience entirely.  there, I get asked if I want a code by text or phone then the codes never come.

 

I'll just skip SoFi as their Connection Success: 36.5% on the status page leads me to believe that's just never going to work right.

 

Speaking of http://status.youneedabudget.com/ .. I see issues with Capital One listed from last year and April.    

 

So my questions to the forum are:  

  • Is Bank of America working properly for everyone else or are you having the same experience?
  • Is Ameriprise working for anyone?
  • Is  http://status.youneedabudget.com/ being maintained?

      Faness Hi, I wasn't asking for YNAB to troubleshoot for me in the forum.  I was just looking to hear people say, working fine for me so it's just you bud... or yeah, we're all having trouble, their working on it.

      Superbone Nope... I looked at the https://docs.youneedabudget.com/article/142-troubleshooting which doesn't mention that page at all. I'm dubious of using a random link posted on forums vs what's listed on the main site's support pages, especially when it isn't the domain I'm actually working with (typeform.com =/= youneedabudget.com).

       

      I sent my Ameriprise issue in through the contact us channel yesterday, the response didn't actually do anything but I'll keep trying.
