How do I use the "help" feature?
Despite the intrusive floating help button in YNAB, it doesn't appear to do anything. I've tried using the "send a message" and "start a chat" options, and neither appear to work. If I enter a question, I get a bot response "It looks like you've entered an invalid email address"!
Does anyone know how to contact YNAB support?
