
Capital One syncing is busted again

Can someone change my provider back? Having to enter the username and password every day sucks a lot.

Lavender RouterAs a Capital One user myself, I definitely understand how cumbersome those frequent reauthorization for Capital One can be. As of now, though, it is expected.
That said, if you're finding that you can't connect or retrieve imports, even after reauthorizing, that's definitely not expected. If that's the case, be sure to get in touch with our support team to report a Bank Importing Issue and our support team will be happy to help! -
@rachelh_ynab Now I can't even connect at all. Is there any way you can put me back on the old import provider? When you guys switched me from Plaid to the old provider and it solved all my problems, can you do it again?
If this goes on much longer I might have to ask for a refund, the site has been unusable for me since this provider change happened.
