
Incorrect Username Error on AmEx Account
Currently I am unable to sync transactions to one of my accounts (an AmEx card). It tells me I need to reauthorize.
When I attempt to do so, it tells me I have the incorrect username, even though I am able to log in fine through American Express' portal with the same username/password combo.
I haven't been able to import transactions for this account in over a week, and would like to get back to auto import.
Any ideas?

Hi, Bill! This is AMEX direct import issue is totally something we can help fix in Support. When you have a chance, report a Bank Importing Issue to us and we'll investigate! :)
