Account hasn't synced for over a week.

Is it normal for an account to not sync for over a week?

Just wait it out?  anything I can do to force it?

  • I don't know the answer to your question, but I was having problems with my Regions accounts synching. I contacted YNAB, and this is what they said:

    Our import partner, Plaid, is experiencing a widespread issue with their Regions Bank connection. Their team is working to restore functionality, but so far they haven't had any luck.

    We do have another import partner, MX, that supports Regions Bank. This leaves us with two options:

    1. We could leave things as they are and you could enter transactions in your Regions Bank account(s) yourself (or use File-Based Importing in the web app) until Plaid is able to get things sorted out with their connection, or...
    2. We could migrate all of your bank connections to MX. Of course, this may not immediately resolve the issue, but it would speed up troubleshooting, if still necessary.

    I chose to switch to MX (I'm not going back to entering transactions by hand!). They gave me detailed instructions for that and the switching went well. So far there have been no more problems.
