White notification dot but no pending transactions?

"If you have any transactions to import, approve, or categorize, you'll see a white notification dot to the left of the account name."
I have a credit card I have not used for a month or so. I see this white dot and wondering how to make it go away? I have no actions to do for that account.
Is the white dot on the left side of the account name, or on the right side?
If it's on the left, you have a new, unapproved transaction in that account. It might be a transaction that has a zero amount, or it could be something that has just never been approved depending on how far back that account goes in YNAB.
If it's on the right side and looks like a white 'c', you have an uncleared transaction in that account. Clear it and then reconcile the account to lock it.
Both situations need to be reviewed. If the transaction(s) in that account is(are) bogus, you can delete it (them).
If you're still unsure what's going on, you can contact YNAB support, give them permission to take a look and they can probably clear it up for you.
