Can't get any accounts to link up or re up old account

Hi, 

I am having trouble getting existing accounts to link and have current information.  Chase accounts especially. 

Side note can a live person help me with budgeting?

    I took a look and I'm seeing an error on your Chase account which typically means your MFA (security questions, one-time password, etc.) was answered incorrectly.

    When you have a moment, can you try reconnecting that account? If you notice anything odd with the security questions (you don't recognize the questions or if it asks for a code you never receive), please let me know!

  • Help  Faness  I am having the same trouble with Chase Bank.  I have multiple Chase Accounts, but am having issues re-connecting with 2 specifically.  

    I have multiple times to link the accounts, finally removing the connection and reconnecting but it still won't link.  This has been going on for several weeks and I need some personal assistance.  Thanks in advance!
