Alliant Credit Union Connection Issue

Anyone out there having issues connecting to Alliant Credit Union? This has been going on for over a week. Mint does not seem to have this issue.

    Sorry for the delayed response here! Alliant Credit Union recently made changes to their security platform and it has thrown a wrench into our Direct Import partner's connection. We use a different direct import partner than Mint (they happen to have a monopoly on Intuit), which would explain why you aren't seeing the issue there.

    We're keeping tabs on this issue on our status page and we'll post any updates there! :)

    • Faness thanks for the update on the connection issues with the Alliant Credit Union. I couldn't see any entries in the status page for this bank .Can you pls confirm and let me know once these issues have been resolved? 

    • Hi Cadet Blue Mainframe ! Sorry for the confusion there! That old post was referring to an issue that has been resolved, so it was removed from the Status Page.

      Can you try to add your Alliant Credit Union connection one more time for me? It looks like you may have removed the connection, but we'll need it listed there (even if it’s failed) in order to troubleshoot.

      Let me know once it’s back and we'll see what's going on there!

    • Nicole at YNAB I just tried again but was still getting invalid login from Mint even with valid credentials that I used to login directly.

    • Cadet Blue Mainframe Hmm, I'm still not seeing that attempted connection on our end. Are you trying to add your bank connection to YNAB or Mint?

      Here are the steps to link your account in YNAB, even if you're unable to connect—you can click Back or the X in the top right corner, and that should leave connection, so we can dig in. Let me know how it goes!
