syncing issues today?? 3/1

I made several changes in ynab and when logging out and coming back in...none are showing. Then I logged out and came back in and they all showed. Now I logged out and came back in and back to wrong information before the changes showed. Are there syncing issues. I don't want to have to make transactions several times to get it to work right. Anyone else having problems today. My budget is all off and it was such a waste of time??? 😡 #frustrated

  • All my inputs are syncing, but they are taking more than a minute or two to reflect in my budget.  Everything is seriously lagging.

      canman Thank you for directing us there! I came here to see if anyone else was having issues with slow performance and updates not being saved. Looks like I'm not alone.

  • Ok, thanks. my problem is it is saying I have not used my budget in 35 minutes. so is not showing that any changes were made. So I guess I will leave it. I don't want to reenter transactions again as I sat for 20 minutes doing so and nothing saved....or maybe it did and I don't want double transactions once it is up and running again. So, right now I guess it is just a waiting game. Maybe it will come back up correctly or I guess I will just have to fix it again later.  🙄 Thanks. Wasn't sure if it was just me.

  • Both the web and mobile apps are so slow and laggy that they are essentially unusable. Nothing on the status page yet...😕

    It was this more than the annual subscription cost that made me reluctant to go from old YNAB where I owned my data to new YNAB where I'm dependent on others.

  • According to the Status page, the Web App has been fixed, but they're still working on Mobile.  I can't log in right now to confirm, but just thought I'd pass on the word.  If you're still having issues, maybe it's not fixed???...

    On Friday morning, there was some general slowness with the YNAB web app. It got a little too excited for March 1st! 😅

    The devs were quick on the case, and got things back up and running at 100% in a few hours. We updated the Status page and social media channels, but didn't check in here. We're so sorry about that!
