How do I report a YNAB Toolkit problem?

I hit the YNAB refresh yesterday and now I can't select a different budget.  When I turn the Toolkit off, the problem goes away.  BTW, the YNAB app works fine.  So how do I report an issue with the Toolkit?  I understand they are a different group but thought you all might know. Thanks!

  • I have the same issue:  when I click on the budget name in the drop down, nothing happens. When I select the "Open Budget" option, I do get the list of all my budgets and can toggle between budgets that way (no need to turn Toolkit off)..

    When we release updates, they can impact features offered by the extension. The Toolkit developers may need time to make any necessary changes on their end.

    Those updates are usually completed quickly, but if you notice some unusual behavior in YNAB, disabling the extension is a great first step in troubleshooting. So nice job! You can find the details on how to report a bug on their website.

  • Hi CallMeCat  - This is it! It's the Budget Quick Switch option in the Toolkit that isn't working.  I too get the drop down but I'm not about to select the budget from there.  For now, I've turned off this feature.
