is it possible to link monthly payments with calendars?

I really appreciate YNAB5 (i come from the previous version), and after 1 year of use, I'd like to know if there is a way to add in a calendar (outlook, icalendar or others) planned expenses (i.e. recurrent payments, like rents, water, energy and so on). I think it would be usefull so to have also this info shared between calendar and ynab.

    This isn't an option right now, but that is an intriguing idea. If you haven't already, go ahead and send that through our feature request form (with any other details you want to add) and our development team will be able to take it into consideration for future updates.

    This would be a handy feature.  I diarise all my bill payments (because I'm scared to have them on auto) and having those diary appointments show up in YNAB would be one less step to go through.  I'm always budgeting with my calendar in the other hand so I can look at my month ahead and plan my spending accordingly.

  • seeing your future scheduled transactions (currently in gray on the account screen) come up in a calendar view would be AWESOME! Would be getting into Quickenish features but I would love that. You could expand the color flag/label functionality where those transaction would appear in their respective color on the calendar.
