Thank you, thank you, thank you for adding the running balance feature.
This is a feature that I needed to help plan future cash flow in my various accounts. I had to get an offline spreadsheet involved to do this previously. It was so complicated (time consuming, error prone, manual, etc) that I stopped.
This feature is exactly what I needed.
It is also helpful when reconciling an YNAB account that doesn't match the current balance in a bank/CC account. I previously had to simulate the running balance by gradually selecting more and more lines (starting at the bottom) to get the running total. Eventually I found an entry that was missing or incorrect.

I like the running balance, however I'm not sure why it includes uncleared transactions. In my opinion it should only reflect the actual cleared transactions, so that I can directly compare it to my banks balance for a given point of time. I think this would make it easier to find missing transactions.
I agree with Move Light Sound Life and JoeDid. This is what I love above about the feature. I am able to plan a month out to make sure that I have enough money for my pre-authorized debits. I use the memo field to track "scheduled payments" as opposed to "completed payments". But now that you mention it, I could just use the cleared field for this.
I don't mind including the future transactions, so you can budget your cash flow. It's the uncleared transactions from the past that I would rather not be included. Since these do not yet make up the current balance.
The header may show you the working balance but doesn't help when tracking down missing transactions.
