YNAB Web Opens Wrong Budget
Every time I load nYNAB it opens my old, pre-fresh start budget. Normally I'd just nuke the old version, but occasionally I realize there's data in the old budget such has spending averages that I want to refer back to. How do I get YNAB to behave itself?

That typically happens if you have a bookmark set up to point directly to a specific budget month. Try logging in directly to https://app.youneedabudget.com. That should bring you straight to your most recent budget (if you have that setting enabled).
Then you can bookmark that link instead. :)
