UNFCU card Inflows rather than outflows

I appreciate your help in resolving  the above issue.

My credit card spending is recorded as inflows rather than outflows. How can I change that?

  • Hi Magenta Door ! I’m happy to help with that! Since this sounds like a bank importing issue, I'm going to move it to that section of the forum. 😀

I've reached out via email, so I can gather more information on the swapped inflow/outflows and have our import partner look closer. Keep an eye on your inbox!

    • Hi Magenta Door !

Sorry you're having trouble again! I responded to your other thread but wanted to post here, as well.

I'm seeing an error on your UNFCU connection that typically means invalid credentials have been entered. In these cases, we’d like to double check a few things to make sure no stone is left unturned!

Here are some things you can try that should help resolve this issue:

      • Check to make sure the web address you use to log into your online banking account matches the URL you see in YNAB.
      • If you’re using a password manager, try typing your login credentials in manually.
      • Log into your financial institution's online banking account, then immediately try reconnecting the account in YNAB.

If you're still running into trouble, please let me know!
