Frustration rules my life!
I'm so frustrated with the web based YNAB it's not true. Yes I find change difficult but just as I had a devil of a time getting to grips with Y3 back in 2011, I'm now having the same emotions running through me.
I want to "throw my toys out of the box" to use a British expression because it's so, so, so much more different to Y3 or Y4 - even with youtube and the documents on this site.
I want to persevere but I don't know whether I can do it in the 33 days I have.

Sorry for the frustration! The new YNAB is definitely a big change, but all of those changes were made with improvement in mind.
Can you let me know which areas are causing you trouble? I'm more than happy to help!
I know you can do this, but if you're getting close to the end of your trial and you need a bit more time, email support at [email protected] and we can see about an extension! :)
Maroon Admiral Helen I'm with you! I tried it and it is SO DIFFERENT and SO CONFUSING I had to give up. It doesn't work for my business reimbursements and credit cards don't connect for me. I do hope you can figure it out. If you can, would love for you to share your thought processes and experience might be helpful for others.
