Hi there! It's awesome that you're using YNAB for your company!

In the web app, you can export your budget and then print it.

To do so, click on the name of your budget (upper left corner) and select the Export budget data option. That will export your data – your budget and your transactions – in two CSV files.

They also have an income and expense report in the reports section.  I think this is much better for passing to the accountant than the budget.
