All changes since 4 months ago are gone from YNAB. Why?

I have an annual subscription that won't expire until 2021. Why did all the changes for the past 4 months disappeared from my YNAB - new accounts, transactions etc.  

How do I reinstate the changes? Am I not seeing them in the YNAB?
