Cap One MX can't get past reauthorization

My capital one imports have worked great since I switched to MX. Today it asked me to reauthorize. I reauthorized successfully and even got an email confirming it. But the app still shows a little key by each account. When I click the reauthorize button, it indicates I have successfully reauthorized.  Nothing is getting imported.

 

I can deal with it by importing a downloaded file, but wanted to report the problem. And of course I'd prefer to have direct import working.

  • Hi Cadet Blue Drill ! That is some odd behavior - I'm glad you've brought it up! I'm sending you an email now so we can start solving CapOne mystery together, since we can't troubleshoot direct import issues in the Forum.
