BBVA Woes

I have had a lot of issues since Simple closed and BBVA took over our account.  I recently switched from manual to automatic transactions.  My account automatically created many transactions that I linked with those I had entered manually, but, YNAB has not pulled in new transactions since 5/28.  I have definitely spent money since that time, but, it just won't pull them in.  They have gone through in my account, but... nothing on the YNAB side.  I tried unlinking and re-linking my account, but, it didn't make any difference.  What can I do??
