Can't enter app and renew subscription
Two years ago I suspend usage of YNAB and changed country of App Store. Today I was trying to enter YNAB and it asked me to renew subscription (this is something I'd like to do). While trying to renew subscription on the iPhone it lands me to Settings -> ... -> Subscription, but YNAB is not on the list (neither active, neither expired)
On the web deep link redirects me to Apple Music...
How can I renew my subscription?
Hey Orchid Wildebeest ! If the Apple subscription (or trial) has been expired for a longer period, it can drop off the list. Try deleting and reinstalling the iOS app, to see if Apple will pick it back up!
