Something is wrong with Google Chrome?

Have been budgeting with YNAB for many years now.  I know how to budget.  Attempted to get this resolved by going directly to support, by clicking the question mark in lower right of screen but this was only option to let anyone know what is happening.  

I am processing my income from the first.  I get to a certain amount left to budget but when I do budget it, it goes to overspending next month?

If I get TBB to zero, next month has overspending.

Can back out to point of having no overspending rolling to next month, but then I have some left in TBB

So, I decided to try Safari.  In Safari I can get TBB to zero with no overspending in next month.  When I go back to Chrome, the money appears as over spent in next month, November.

Hope someone can understand what is happening, and is able to correct this issue.  I really like the toolkit and it is not available on Safari.

      Glad you were able to get things ironed out! If you have a second, can you let me know what happened with your support button? Did you not have the option to reach out to us directly?

      Faness When I click on the question mark in the lower right of screen the options I have are:  "Popular Resources". The options are "20 minute workshop", "support forum," "Troubleshooting linked accounts," "Keeping your budget accurate", and "budgeting your savings."  Contacting support is not an option, only posting here in support forum.

    • Faness I noticed the same actually.  The support button used to have a section for contacting support, and reading past support tickets but that option seems missing now.  I use Opera.

    • I can explain what happened with the support button: We had our annual company retreat this week (online, of course), and changed the support button so that you'd have to search for an answer before being given an option to contact support.

      I just checked and it's back to normal now. And now you know our secrets.
