To Be Budgeted Calculation

Has anyone looked into how TBB is calculated?

I'm trying to work out what is displayed on the website/app, vs what is in the BudgetDetail.MonthsSummary.ToBeBudgeted.

So far here is what I have... but I'm honestly not sure if I'm right or not... and I'm not sure if I'll end up needing this for what I am planning to do, but now I'm curious.

BudgetDetail.MonthsSummary.ToBeBudgeted is calculated as:

All income to date for the month and prior months 


All budgeted to date for the month and prior months 


As for what the website displays:

If BudgetDetail.MonthsSummary.ToBeBudgeted is < 0

  • BudgetDetail.MonthsSummary.ToBeBudgeted

Else if BudgetDetail.MonthsSummary.ToBeBudgeted (minus) All future budgeted < 0

  •  0


  •   BudgetDetail.MonthsSummary.ToBeBudgeted (minus) All future budgeted

I would love to know if anyone else has looked into this and figured out the calculations... or if I am just missing some additional documentation that provides further details on the fields, what they are used for and how they are calculated.
