Direct Import Consistently Doesn't Work

I'm beginning to lose my patience with how inconsistent  direct import can be. It seems every other week I'm experiencing issues to where the connection can't be established or it's delayed. The sad thing is I only use Wells Fargo & Capital One. I would be more patient if I had the same level of issues while using 8+ banks. However, it's only 2 banks!

I'm looking for an honest explanation around what approach YNAB will take to prevent these problems reoccurring so often.

  • Hey, Ryan. The short answer is: we're always doing what we can do improve the Direct Import experience, including exploring new import partners, but you're right—it's certainly not as reliable as we'd like it to be.
