Unable to link to Sychrony Bank
I tried to link my Synchrony bank savings account but i get an error message "The login information wasn't recognized. Try logging in to your institution directly, then try again here." I tried doing so and was able to login directly without issue yet ynab continues to fail with this same error message.

I took a look and I'm seeing an error on your Synchrony connection that typically means invalid credentials have been entered. In these cases, our Direct Import partner asks us to check a few things to make sure we leave no stone unturned!
Here are some things you can try that should help resolve this issue:
— Check to make sure the URL you use to log into your online banking account matches the URL you see in YNAB.
— Double check to make sure you're entering the correct credentials. If you’re using a password manager, try entering your login credentials in manually.
— Log into your financial institution's online banking account, then immediately try reconnecting the account in YNAB.
