Citi Cards - Connection Blocked
I attempted to restore the connection with my linked Citi account, but I got the attached error message indicating the connection is blocked.
Following the directions, I logged into my Citi account but there were no alerts or issues - everything is working properly on their end.
How do I resolve this?

We've seen a few reports of this issue pop up for Citibank users due to an alert showing where the Search option is in their web app. If you log into your Citi account and acknowledge that alert, it should clear the error.
