I got the inevitable UNAVAILABLE error for BECU. Can you confirm this is true?

Since we’ve received reports from a number of BECU users who are running into the same issue, we’re already working on this with our import partner. They've narrowed it down to some authentication issues, and are actively working to restore the connection.
While we hope it will be fixed within a couple days, it could take a couple weeks depending on the complexity. We’ll post updates on our Status Page as we hear back from our import partner, so please check in with us there!
Here are the steps to keep your budget updated in the meantime:
- Enter transactions yourself—the mobile app is great for recording spending on-the-go (gas and groceries) and Scheduled Transactions are perfect for recurring expenses (rent and utility bills). Once you're able to link the account, imported transactions will match right up with the ones you entered. You’ll even have the chance to approve the matches—or manually match two transactions if the amounts differed.
- Import and categorize transactions by using File-Based Importing (in the web app). It’s a super quick and easy alternative that allows you to drag and drop a file containing your transactions right into YNAB.
- Click the Reconcile button in the web app and follow the steps to verify your accounts regularly. After all, correct balances are the foundation of your budget.
