Synchronising

Hi,

during the day, I use the Android app on my smartphone.

When I open the Web in the evening, it doesn't seem to be synchronised. The transactions I did during the day are not registered in the system and my accounts and budgets are not correct.

It makes things complicated.

What can I do about this?

  • Yikes! How we move forward will depend on whether you're using YNAB 4 or the new web-based YNAB

    For the new YNAB, that sync should be automatic. It might sound silly, but the first thing to do is double check you're logged into the same account on both the web and mobile apps. Now, are you seeing the same exact budget name in both? And are you looking at the same budget month on web and mobile?
