
American Express transactions not importing (Again)
Good evening,
I reported this issue about six months ago and was told there was an issue with the direct import partner.
American Express very slow to sync, if at all - Using YNAB - YNAB Support Forum (youneedabudget.com)
However, I am still having this issue where transactions will not automatically download for any of my American Express card accounts. Deleting and re-adding the connection sometimes works, but even that is unpredictable.
I am receiving pending transaction imports fine, just not the cleared transactions. This requires me to login to American Express and download/import a QFX file.
Is this still an ongoing issue or is something broken with my account? Are there any steps I can take to resolve this?
