Great Lakes Asking for Pin Answer?

Hi, I am trying to sync YNAB with my student loans which are through "My Great Lakes". The bank is available to sync, however, after I put in my ID and PW, it asks me to answer my PIN question. I 100% know the pin I am entering there is correct, however it keeps saying wrong answer. Is this not asking for my pin, but maybe a security question? In which case, I don't recall ever doing security questions for Great Lakes. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
