having trouble linking Citibank Custom Cash card
When I try to link my Citibank credit card, I'm getting the message "No available accounts Your credentials are correct, but we couldn't find any available accounts with this institution. Try another account."
I logged on directed to my Citibank account online no problems. There was nothing extra I had to answer or anything like that.
