This sounds like a feature request. There's a link at the top right of the splash page (web) where you can submit feature requests. It helps to know what version of YNAB you're talking about: web vs mobile.
Are you referring to the App? You can use YNAB in the browser now (not because YNAB supports it, but because Safari now presents itself as a desktop browser) so all the shortcuts you can use on a Mac or PC can be used on an iPad.
berksgr Personally I don't like the app on iPad - it's missing the reporting you get in the browser (only shows net worth and age of money) and other features. It does work really well now on the iPad but you do need to delete the App to stop that opening by default when you go to the homepage.
