Trouble connecting with credit union

I recently started having issues connecting to my credit union.  YNAB is telling me I need to reauthorize. So I do and Plaid tells me my credentials are incorrect.  That's weird. No issues with my other accounts.

So I go to my credit union app and login with the same credentials and it works just fine.  I used copy and paste to ensure i'm using the same password and there's no typing errors. So I know my password is correct. 

Is something going on with Plaid?

    Changed password at credit union, ensuring to abide by special character limitation in support file
    disabled all browser protections
