Transactions imported from bank have incorrect sign

I have an account that syncronizes with Synchrony Financial. This is a credit account. It was working fine on the old integration, but after upgrading to the new integration, imported transactions have the wrong sign--i.e. transactions with incoming amounts (payments) are imported as outgoing transactions, and spending transactions come in as incoming amounts. 

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Also this integration no longer sees the other two accounts (with zero balances) under the same credentials, but they did appear with the previous integration.

      Hoss Boss Hopefully, they can get you straightened out. I've had good luck whenever I've had direct importing issues.
