Age of Money - Twenty-twenty!
Hey, in my variant of English it rhymes!
Starting up the AoM challenge for the new year!
----RULES----
1. Choose a day every month that you will post your AOM to the google spreadsheet (link below).
Be consistent on the day that you have chosen to post your AOM. (Your metrics will not help you or provide you with useful data if you are not consistent.)
2. Post your AOM.
3. Comment below that you have updated the spreadsheet.
If you want, you may post a screenshot of your AOM. This will be fun and will help keep the thread alive. It's not required however.
4. Try to keep the thread on topic.
Changes to the Spreadsheet.
If you see any minor changes that ought to be made, go ahead and change it.
Cheating
Cheating is posting a number that is not your actual AOM, or changing your number because your AOM increased the following day.
We are following the the honor/honour system.
You do not need to cheat, but if you do, everyone will ask how you've become so awesome with money and then you'll have to live with yourself. It only hurts you.

Hello, I'm starting this challenge for the first time. I have no idea how Age your Money works, nor my end goal as I've just decided to give nYnab a chance as it seems I will lose ynab4 once I upgrade my OS system.
Though I'm interested in how high I can get and what that means for my savings and debt reduction.
So I've started nYnab I will updateJan so right now AoM has not appeared yet.
I will update end of the month.

My AOM went down to 2 days last week, when I got a personal loan which I used as soon as the funds hit my bank account to pay off some high-interest credit card balances. It's back up to 6 days today. Here's hoping I can still reach my goal of 30 days by the end of the year, while simultaneously working on paying off that debt (also student loans). I am also trying to build up an emergency fund so that should help with my AOM.

December 383
January 388My uncle called me up and needed a short term loan yesterday of pretty much my entire monthly take home pay. I had no problem helping out, and I know he's there for me when I'm in need. AOM will likely drop a bit, but I couldn't care less! ❤️
A lot of changes at work as our new American owners want better EBITDA numbers from us - monthly. Not worried at all for my job, as it seems we'll meet the owners' expectations - eventually. Just a rough start with a new system, and it seems no monthly bonus for January for the first time in years as we're currently miles below our target. I created our current bonus system, so I feel a bit down, but I'm sure we'll pull through!
