YNAB4 Migrator with an easy one :-)

Back when I started with YNAB4 and I was figuring out how to get my CC balances to balance, I made several reconciliation balance adjustments. Apparently they followed me into nYNAB. And that orange bar across the top bugs the heck out of me. What category would I put it in now?
I would also like to get rid of the "tracking" category for old accounts that I'm not tracking anymore. Is there anyway to do that?
Thank you!

I use a catch-all administrative category for all these little things that don't go anywhere else: reconciliation adjustments, lost money, currency exchange fees, bank fees, fines, customs. I named it Loony Fund, and I also run my claimable expenses and reimbursements through the same category. I keep around $100 in the category, so there is always enough to handle the little stuff.
Since you migrated your history over, that suggests to me that your closed accounts cannot be deleted without affecting your budget. If the closed accounts have zero transactions or transfers over the entire history of your budget, you can safely delete them. If there is any transfer from an on-budget account and you delete it, you will end up a budgetary mess.

Hi Blue Camera !
If you create a balance adjustment in the new YNAB it's automatically categorized as Inflow: To Be Budgeted. You can do the same to those transactions, so they won't affect any of your categories, or you can create a category specifically for them like mentioned above. If you create a category for them, you'll need to budget for any adjustments in the category you create to cover the "spending".
I hope that helps! :)
