$1 million in Net Worth!!!

Guys. 11 years ago I was $35K in debt. My husband and I got married, combined our finances, made many many smart financial decisions together, started using YNAB (which ended fighting about money because it was no longer--"can I spend this money on ___?"--and turned into--"is it in the budget?") and we made our huge goal. No, we did not inherit money. Yes, we starting saving for retirement early.  Yes, we have chosen to save instead of buying the nicest/newest/best of anything.  Yes, we have managed to avoid pitfalls that drain your accounts like chronic illness or loss of a job.

But still, I just have to post and celebrate! This would not have been possible without YNAB. We are in our early 40's and we are actually going to be able to retire at some point, of course if our luck in life continues.
