Calling all YNAB Wizards!

We're looking for seasonal support specialists to help us with our New Years rush, and I know we have so many helpful, patient, and genuine YNAB experts in this community!

This is a temporary, part-time position with a few other parameters, so read through the job description and apply by September 18th if it might be a good fit!

  • This sounds so much fun.  Good luck with your hiring.  If I'm ever in the market I'd come back to see what was open!

  • Interested why "outside US OR only some states".

    • RIP_MSMoney  That's a great question. The reason for the limits on location is because it takes a good amount of time and resources to set up YNAB to employ someone in a new state (tax withholdings, workers comp, etc.). So since these are temporary positions, we’ve decided to only hire in states where we already have employees (and thus already have a tax profile set up).

  • If you haven't heard from MXMOM  or farfromtheusual  , and they are available, you should contact them. They have been incredibly supportive and helpful in my first few months using YNAB.
