404 when signing in
I think that the website may be down - I'm unable to sign in, and I receive console errors.
The site went into maintenance mode yesterday while I was using it. That was mid morning, EST and the YNAB Status page reflected that maintenance mode. I returned to my budget this morning to complete my work and the site is still down, but the Status page doesn't reflect that reality and says the web app is operational - maybe it is working for some people but it isn't for me. UPDATE: as soon as I posted my comment, ynab worked for me. Weird but I'm happy nonetheless.Reply
Faness do you all have a scheduled maintenance window? Is that published on the site? Typically for a financial services site, the maintenance is done Saturday or Sunday nights (e.g. 11 pm ET-5 am ET). Whenever you take the site down, it's good practice to have a banner or page indicating if scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance and ETA for uptime. Even if the outage is 30 minutes. Just some operational protocols to keep in mind.Reply
