Re: Catching Up after 5 months?
If you have put a lot of work and planning into your goals that have dates attached to them, you might want to rethink the fresh start idea. When I get behind, as I am now, here's what I do:…

While we're waiting for further improvements, here is my workaround for the category group contrast problem. On Windows 10, you can insert emojis by clicking on them in the Touch Keyboard option in…

Re: Goals just got better (Summer 2020 edition)
@dakinemaui That's it! It's unclear how to set a category goal if you have to search support documents to find out what happens at rollover time. I'm thinking this thread is going to become a lot…

Re: Not quite conceptualizing the benefit of the new goals
Thanks, @dakinemaui This is very interesting. I might try budgeting without goals at all. Might be a whole lot easier, more consistent with Rule 3, and as you say, less nagging.

Why approve a scheduled transaction?
What is the purpose of approving a scheduled transaction if it has not yet imported from the bank? If I mark it approved, I have no way of seeing which transactions have not yet imported.

Re: Fresh Start, but no starting balance?
It seems there is a change since @Faness responded below. First you have to Unlink each account. Then you link it and today's balance will immediately import.
